Production Management System We have our headquarters and an R&D laboratory in Shanghai, and we have also built a subsidiary factory and four affiliated factories in China. We have obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification in February 2007. One of our strengths is an efficient and consistent production management system. A product developed at our R&D laboratory will immediately be sent to the factory, which has the appropriate equipment for its manufacture. Our R&D laboratory provides technical services and management for all processes from the point of entry into production until the shipping of the products. Our Headquarters takes care of raw material management and quality control. We consider carefully and place importance on our fully controlled manufacturing system at an appropriate scale. Quality Management System We consider carefully and place importance on our fully controlled quality control system. All our inspectors are professionally trained and obligated to receive certification or pass in the quality management examination in order to avoid any variation in discriminatory criteria or quality. Our inspectors are required to conduct a full audit. In particular, we focus on the quality of the liner. Most rejected or defective items have a deficiency in the liner. We consider it important to avoid any variation in quality as well as to produce a high-quality product. Our Business Currently our main export destination is Japan. Our products are acceptable in the highly competitive Japanese market, which is well known for strict quality standards.
